ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a collection of best practices, as well as systematic, proven and widely used by numerous companies, organizations and institutions around the world approach to IT service management. Basic knowledge of process management model proposed by ITIL is an important element in improving the quality of the functioning of departments and organizations involved in the provision of IT services.
The use of modern management methodologies and standards (such as ITIL) is a confirmation of the high culture of business enterprises and other organizations that use them. ITIL is a set of comprehensive recommendations the computer industry, which established an international standard service management – ISO / IEC 20000 Service Management.

Training is organized at the level of preparing for the ITIL Foundation exam.
The participants will learn about the most important objectives of ITIL, structure, processes, concepts and principles of the organization providing services based on best practices. The scope of messages transmitted on training prepares participants for the certification exam ITIL Foundation in the latest version.
The training lasts three days and includes classes in the form of lectures and practical exercises. The language of instruction is English. Materials and exercises are in English. Training accredited PEOPLECERT, and the terminology used is consistent with the latest glossary.
After completing the course, the participants:
ITIL Foundation exam lasts 60 minutes and consists of 40 questions. For each question are given four answers, only one of which is correct. For each correct answer, the examinee receives 1 point. You can get up to 40 points. To pass the exam you must answer correctly at least 26 questions (65%). There is no negative points for wrong answers, and the result of the examination is not presented on the certificate.
The exam has written form. According to the regulations the exam, do not use any auxiliary materials, means of communication and not allowed to consult with the other candidates.
Having ITIL Foundation certificate means obtaining a document of considerable value. The certificate is recognized around the world and confirms the value of the competence of the person who wins such a certificate.
