Modern organizations and companies facing dynamic changes in business conditions and operations need to implement improvements and modifications to existing products or services in a very short period of time. This is the only way organizations and companies can acquire the ability to meet the requirements of stakeholders. Value management for different groups of stakeholders takes place either within the framework of “business as usual” or by launching a temporary project organization to deliver one or more business products.
PRINCE2 is a methodology for successful project management in controlled environments (PRINCE2 is an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments).
The benefits and advantages of PRINCE2 implementation:
• PRINCE2 provides benefits in the form of asset control and effective business and project risk management;
• PRINCE2 is one of the well-established and proven best practises in project management. The methodology is popular and commonly understood; thus, it provides a common language for the participants of a project;
• PRINCE2 encourages formal recognition of responsibility within a project and focuses on what, why, when, where, and for whom the project is to deliver.
Training is organized on 2 levels of qualification and prepares participants for exams: PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
PRINCE2® Practitioner training course is conducted in a form of a workshop. During the workshop, the main aspects of the project are discussed. Emphasis is placed on scalability and adaptability of methodology. Also discussed is the effective conduct of a project managed according to PRINCE2. The workshop is an accredited training course and prepares participants for the PRINCE2 Practitioner examination.
Editing consists of two consecutive weekends: 28-29.05.2016 and 04.06.2016 (day of exam).
