After obtaining the ITIL® Foundation certificate, a lot of people are asking: what next? If you are working in an organization that uses ITIL best practice to broaden the knowledge of this field, not only to better understand the same methodology, but above all to learn to use it. ITIL is a set of best practices for IT service management, who should therefore know and apply these practices? Of course everyone in the Organization should know at least the basic level, but managers at different levels should take care of the further development of knowledge and competences from the scope of ITIL to learn how to use best practices in your daily work and in the enterprise.
