The Course Description

Participants learn the basics of AgilePM approach, the process structure and concepts. They study all roles, products and techniques used in the approach. Information delivered at the training course prepares the participants to the latest edition of AgilePM Foundation certificate exam.

A 2-day AgilePM Foundation training course combines theory with practice. The training course is given in Polish. Materials and exercises are in English (no formally approved translation of the methodology into Polish is available). The training course is accredited by APM Group Ltd., and its terminology is consistent with the latest glossary approved by APMG.

The training course is accredited by APMG Group Ltd. i.e. it has been successfully audited in a restrictive quality audit process and, as a result, it prepares for the certification exam at the AgilePM Foundation level.

AgilePM Practitioner training course is a combination of lectures and practice. Key project aspects are discussed. The emphasis is put on the practical application of methodology. Participants learn how to adjust the Agile approach to a specific project to make the most of its potential. The training course is accredited by APMG Group Ltd. i.e. it has been audited successfully in a restrictive quality audit process and prepares for AgilePM Practitioner certification exam.

AgilePM™ Foundation – training is held in Polish, the book and exam are in English.

AgilePM™ Practitioner – training, exam and book are held in English.

Exams are held on the 2nd and 5th day (day after last day of training).

The AgilePMFoundation exam is an ABCD single-choice test of 60 questions. The passing score is 50%, i.e. 30 (out of 60) points. Each correct answer scores 1 point. The length of the exam is 60 minutes and, for the time being, is offered in English only (the methodology has not been officially translated to Polish). No penalty points are given for wrong answers and the scoring is not entered in the certificate. The AgilePM Foundation certificate is valid for life. Only Foundation certificate holders are eligible for Practitioner certificate.

Foundation exam is held on the 2nd day.

The AgilePMPractitioner exam is a choice test covering 4 areas and based on a scenario. The passing score is at the min. 50%, i.e.30 points (out of 60). The length of the exam is 120 minutes and, for the time being, it is offered in English only (the methodology has not been officially translated to Polish). During the exam, candidates may use the official Agile Project Management Handbook only. The AgilePM Practitioner certificate is issued by APMG for 5 years.

Practitioner exam takes place on the 5 th day (day after last day of training).
